Our products are constantly cheaper than our competitors but if by some chance you find a price better than ours, we will do our best to match any genuine offer wherever and whenever we can.

Product and price requirements for a price match:

1. Price match sales are agreed on prior to purchase and will not be processed after sale (no refunds for price difference will be processed).
2. Products must be identical - same brand/style/size/colour etc).
3. Price match must be with an authorised Australian dealer (no auction or off shore websites).
4. We look at the final price on competing sites. That means all fees and shipping costs. If the price includes services we don't provide, we will still match the price, but may not match the service.
5. The price you want us to match must be currently advertised on the competing website at the same time you are placing your order.
6. Advertised product must be freely available to purchase by any member of the public. We do not match the prices of membership, club or reward groups, stores or marketplaces.
7. We will not price match if the price advertised is lower than our cost price

Your package will be shipped using a trusted courier service. Generally we use Australia Post eParcel Service. eParcel provide a reliable and fast service that allows parcels to be tracked and traced via their website http://auspost.com.au/track/.   In the checkout process you have the option to select Express Mail if you would like to receive your goods faster.  Depending on your location, we may also send your goods via Fastway Couriers.  You can track your goods via their website by clicking here.

TIMEFRAME

Deliveries are normally received within 1-3 working days, depending on your location within Australia.  Note deliveries to WA, TAS and NT can take a bit longer.

FLAT RATE POSTAGE

All orders below $150 within Australia are charged at a flat rate of $9.95. (excluding extremely heavy items like tennis ball cartons, restringing machines & ball machines).  Shipping is FREE for orders over $150 (excluding tennis ball cartons, restringing machines & ball machines).

Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre, you will receive an email containing your tracking number in order for you to track the progress of your delivery.

BABOLAT PRODUCTS

Please note, all Babolat products are available for domestic shipping only.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase every time!

That's why if your purchase happens to be the wrong size or you simply have changed your mind, subject to the conditions below, simply return these to us within 30 days of your original purchase date for an exchange or refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

ELIGIBILITY:

• Must be within 30 days of your original purchase date.
• Items must have never been worn or used, be in their original condition, together with tags and any marketing material that came with the product MUST be in its original sellable condition.
• Shoes must be in their original box.
• Apparel must have never been washed or have marks.
• Racquets must have never been used or have the handle plastic removed. Please note, if your racquet has been custom strung by us and you paid extra for the string and stringing, only the frame portion is eligible for return or refund.

Upon investigation of the product, if a TennisGear team member finds that the item or packaging has been used, worn or is damaged, they have the right to refuse the return of the item or deduct 10% of the sale price.

Please pack your items carefully to avoid damage in transit. Place the product and the returning paperwork in a satchel or box, and seal well. Make sure you do not attach anything (ie packaging tape or stickers/labels) to the original product or box, as this will void your return or incur a 10% fee.

HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

To return or exchange an item simply CLICK HERE to access our online returns portal.

• Allow 5-10 days for all returns to be received and processed at TennisGear.
• Australian exchanges will be returned to the customer Free of Charge.
• NOTE:  Due to the time required to process returns and exchanges, we cannot guarantee that your desired exchange item will be in stock at the time your request is handled. To ensure you secure the item, we recommend returning your product for a refund and placing a new order for your preferred item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on all returns ($16.45), and for ensuring the parcel reaches us safely. Please consider a registered/insured service.

What is “Free Returns + Package Protection” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, your order is also protected.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Refunds will be processed to you via the same method you made payment, for example credit card payments will be refunded to your credit card, PayPal payments will be refunded via PayPal, etc.

If you purchased using a pay later service (ie. Afterpay, Klarna or Zip) we only permit an exchange for product or a store credit / giftcard.

MISSING ITEMS FROM YOUR ORDER?

Any missing items from your order must be reported to us with 48 HOURS of receiving your order.  Reports made beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

• All products for warranty consideration must be returned to our store with proof of purchase. 
• Postage to return items (if applicable) is at your own cost, and is refundable if claim is accepted.
• If the claim is denied and you wish to have your equipment returned, shipping will be at the cost of the customer.
• PLEASE NOTE: a replacement product received under warranty is limited to a one time replacement or store credit. No further warranty will be submitted for the same product or replacement, including products purchased with store credits **

Warranty processes can take up to 2-3 weeks including transit time onforwarding  to manufacturers.

TENNIS RACQUETS:

All tennis racquets carry a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty against defects.  Decisions to replace or credit are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer/brand.  

The racquet is required at our store and is passed on to the manufacturer for assessment.  If it falls under their terms and conditions for replacement we will replace the item or provide a store credit to the purchase value. If the purchased product is no longer available we will provide you with a suitable replacement or store credit.

NOTE: If restringing is required this will be an additional cost and is not covered under warranty replacements and credits.

If a replacement product or store credit is issued, your original defective product is forfeited to the manufacturer.  

SHOES AND OTHER PRODUCTS:

Product replacement is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer and replacements or credits will not be made without their approval.

If the purchased product is no longer available we will provide you with a suitable replacement or store credit.

If a replacement product or store credit is issued, your original defective product is forfeited to the manufacturer.  

PICKLEBALL:

We offer a 6 - 12 month warranty period against manufacturing defects and workmanship (timeframe dependant on the brand). Paddles must have an actual defect to be considered for an exchange. Paddles affected by normal wear and tear, abuse and negligence will not be accepted.

What’s Covered?
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

What’s Not Covered?
- Normal wear and tear including but not limited to natural breakdown of internal and external fabrics
- Rattling (does not affect performance)
- Fading of graphics
- Loosened edgings
- Dents and scratches
- User modifications

NOTE - WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: Damage caused by negligence (hitting the ground or hard object may cause loosening of edgings, damage to core/face and loosening of the  handle resulting in compromised performance of the paddle. This is not covered under warranty.

Paddle Care:
Do not leave your paddle in excessive heat.
Do not hit your paddle against objects other than Pickleball balls.

BRANDS:

Joola: 6 month manufacturing warranty from date of purchase (1 year if NFC chip registered)

Gamma: 12 months manufacturing warranty from date of purchase

GIFT CARDS:

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
• Gift cards are non-transferrable.
• Gift Cards have no expiry date and may be redeemed at any time.
