CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want all our Customers to be satisfied with their purchase every time!
That's why if the items happen to be the wrong size or you simply have changed your mind and you have not worn or used the item, simply return these to us within 30 days of your original purchase date for a full exchange or refund.

Returns and exchanges must :
- Never have been worn or used.
- Items must be 100% in their original condition with original tags and any marketing material that comes with the product.
- Shoes must be in its original box.
- Apparel must have never been washed or have any marks.
Upon investigation of the product, if a TennisGear team member finds that the item has been used or worn, they have the right to refuse the return of the item.
HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE

- Download and fill our the TennisGear Return & Exchanges Instructions.
- To return your item simply head to your local Post office and send the package to the returns address above.
- Please ensure the following guidelines are being followed with this return.
- The items you wish to return/exchange are in their original condition.
- Your Original invoice is attached.
- Return is actioned within 30 days of its original purchase date.
4. Please allow 5-7 days for all returns to be received at TennisGear.
5. All Australian exchanges will be returned to the customer Free of Charge.
