FSI SPIN TECHNOLOGY: By widening the crosses in the grommet holes on the 16/19 string bed, the strings are allowed a greater range of movement to produce powerful snapback effects that results in impressive spin with every shot.
AEROMODULAR2: Now on it’s second generation, the frame is strategically shaped to counteract wind and boost every swing by modifying profiles at the throat, shaft, and head.

Your package will be shipped express using a trusted courier service. Generally we use Australia Post eParcel Service. eParcel provide a reliable and fast service that allows parcels to be tracked and traced via their website http://auspost.com.au/track/. In the checkout process you have the option to select Express Mail if you would like to receive your goods faster. Depending on your location, we may also send your goods via Fastway Couriers. You can track your goods via their website by clicking here.
Deliveries are normally received within 1-3 working days, depending on your location within Australia. Note deliveries to WA, TAS and NT can take a bit longer.
All orders below $150 within Australia are charged at a flat rate of $9.95. (excluding extremely heavy items like tennis ball cartons, restringing machines & ball machines). Shipping is FREE for orders over $150 (excluding tennis ball cartons, restringing machines & ball machines).
Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre, you will receive an email containing your tracking number in order for you to track the progress of your delivery.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your new gear, follow the instructions below so that we can help you get hold of that perfect item.
Please note - regretably we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on SALE items or purchases made using a discount voucher / code. This applies to both Australian and International orders.
There are just 3 simple rules in order to return or exchange a product with Tennis Gear:
1. Products must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
2. Original and/or Tennis Gear tags must remain attached.
3. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging. (The Tennis Gear box does not need to be included)
No items which have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or return.
HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Once your package is received by TennisGear, your exchange or refund shall be processed immediately. Please note exchanges are not sent out in a TennisGear box. TennisGear will reimburse customers for all expenses associated with exchange postage of full priced items only. associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items. Postage refunds only apply for full price items intended for exchange.
This refund is only applicable to your 1st exchange. All postage costs associated with exchanges thereafter are not refunded by Tennis Gear.
This shall be refunded to the credit card or Paypal account which customers used to purchase their Tennis Gear items. Please note, Tennis Gear cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep that tracking number safe!
PRODUCT WARRANTIES Every item we sell is covered by the manufacturers warranty. Not by us. Since each manufacturer has different warranty procedures, contact us and we’ll help get your warranty issue taken care of.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS All products sold by TennisGear have a one year manufacturer's warranty. Defective racquets will not be replaced by the manufacturer for one year after the purchase date. Racquets that have been damaged due to impact, either intentionally or by accident, will not be replaced. Either will racquets that have become brittle due to prolonged sun exposure.
If you warranty claim is successful the manufacturer will offer you a replacement racquet (if the same model is still available) or a store credit at www.tennisgear.com.au for your original purchase price. Please note that International Customers will pay for the return shipping and related import costs. If your request is denied by the manufacturer, your broken racquet will be returned to you with an explanation from the manufacturer.
