Delivery
How will my order be sent? This depends on where you live and what item you have selected. Generally we use Australia Post eParcel Service. eParcel provide a reliable and fast service that allows parcels to be tracked and traced vis their website http://auspost.com.au/track/. In the checkout process you have the option to select Express Mail if you would like to receive your goods faster.

How long will delivery take? This varies depending on location. We guarantee to dispatch your order with two business days. Delivery can take up to five busines days depending on your location, however most deliveries occur within 48hrs of dispatch.
What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock? If for some reason we are unable to immediately supply the item you ordered, then you will be refunded in full.
Can I select my own string? Yes, for most racquets you can pay extra and have the racquet strung to your specifications. The string options are listed as you proceed through the checkout process. If you have any questions in relation to string and tension please call our helpful staff on 617 3353 2018 to discuss the options further.
What happens if it does not fit? If you purchase shoes and clothing and it is the wrong size, you are welcome to send the item back for a store credit. Please note that the item needs to be unworn and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item and also the cost of sending and replacement item back to you. A fee will apply for items returned that are not fit for resale through damage to the item or the items packaging. See the conditions below in relation to product returns.
PRIVACY
We're intent on protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: 1, to process your order and 2, to provide you with the best possible service. We will give you the chance to refuse any promotional email from tennisgear. The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- your name
- address
- phone number
- email address
- credit/debit card details when ordering
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check that information by contacting us. If you find any differencies we will delete or correct it. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. PRODUCT RETURNS
POLICY www.tennisgear.com.au has a 7 day, no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund, exchange, or store credit (within 7 days from the date of your invoice, as long as the product is in its original unused/uninstalled condition). Credit for shipping costs will only be given provided that the order was an error of tennisgear.com.au
Simply call 617 3353 2018 and we will help you return you product. The product being returned must be in its original unused and original condition, we will accept your return up to 7 days from your invoice date. To return a new racquet there are three requisites:
- The plastic wrap can't be removed on from the handle.
- The racquet has not been played with.
- The racquet does not have any ball fluff on the strings or scapes on the bumper guard.
All clothing must have the original swing tag attached to the garment and shoes must be in their original packaging.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE Please follow these easy steps to assure a prompt replacement, or credit towards a new order:
- If possible, package your return in the original carton in which you received it.
- Important!! All returned items must be in a new, unused/uninstalled condition in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
- Send your return via insured carrier (Australia Post) to: Tennis Gear 65 Russell St Everton Park Qld 4053.Keep a record of your shipment until your return/credit/exchange has been processed.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES Every item we sell is covered by the manufacturers warranty. Not by us. Since each manufacturer has different warranty procedures, contact us and we’ll help get your warranty issue taken care of.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS All products sold by Tennis Gear have a one year manufacturer's warranty. Defective racquets will not be replaced by the manufacturer for one year after the purchase date. Racquets that have been damaged due to impact, either intentionally or by accident, will not be replaced. Either will racquets that have become brittle due to prolonged sun exposure.
If you warranty claim is successful the manufacturer will offer you a replacement racquet (if the same model is still available) or a store credit at www.tennisgear.com.au for your original purchase price. Please note that International Customers will pay for the return shipping and related import costs. If your request is denied by the manufacturer, your broken racquet will be returned to you with an explanation from the manufacturer.
ORDER PROCESSING
We process all orders during our regular business hours. Provided there are no problems with your billing address or credit card, most orders ship out the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the next business day.
PLACING & PAYING FOR AN ORDER Orders can be made via the following methods:
- INTERNET You may place an order online 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week through our secure website.
- PHONE Phone orders can be placed with one of our sales representatives by dialing 617 3353 2018. Business hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 8pm; Sat-Sun 9am to 5pm.
- E-MAIL Send to info@tennisgear.com.au Please include your name, billing/shipping address, exact product name and price, as well as your credit card information. When placing an e-mail order, please be sure to include your daytime phone number. Orders received after 2:00 pm EST are processed the next day. Overnight orders must be received by 1:00 pm EST to ship the same day.
- DIRECT DEBIT You may also pay directly into our account. Our account details are as follows:
ORDER STATUS Shortly after you place your order you will get an email order confirmation. That email will have your order number as well as a list of everything you ordered. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is shipped. The following lists more options available to you:

CUSTOMER SERVICE If there is any problem with your order, one of our sales representatives will contact you. Please make sure you provide us with you correct phone number and e-mail address, in case we need to contact you.
BACK ORDERS Sometimes, we run out of an item sooner than we had anticipated. If this occurs, we will ship the available items in your order immediately, and place the unavailable items on back order. Back ordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive. You will not be charged any additional shipping charges. IMPORTANT! You will never be charged for any backordered items until they are shipped. If at any time you want to cancel your back order, just contact one of our customer service representatives at info@tennisgear.com.au or 617 3353 2018.
