Everton Tennis and Gear has been operating for over three decades. We have an wide range of customers from all over Australia that we have been servicing via our mail order and telephone sales system. Now as a convenient option for our customers, we now offer an online option that allows customers to view of product range, prices and special offers and place orders online. The following provides answers to frequently asked questions:
How will my order be sent?
Generally we use Fastway Couriers to send orders to customers. Fastway provide a reliable and fast service that allows parcels to be tracked and traced vis their website www.fastway.com.au. For some customers located outside the Fastway delivery area we will use Australia Post Parcel Post.
How long will delivery take?
This varies depending on location. We guarantee to dispatch your order with two business days. Delivery can take up to five busines days depending on your location, however most deliveries occur within 48hrs of dispatch.
What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?
If for some reason we are unable to immediately supply the item you ordered, then you will be refunded in full.
Can I select my own string?
Yes, for most racquets you can pay extra and have the racquet strunng to your specifications. The string options are listed as you proceed through the checkout process. If you have any questions in relation to string and tension please call our helpful staff on 617 3353 2018 to discuss the options further.
What happens if it does not fit?
If you purchase shoes and clothing and it is the wrong size, you are welcome to send the item back for a store credit. Please note that the item needs to be unworn and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item and also the cost of sending and replacement item back to you. A fee will apply for items returned that are not fit for resale through damage to the item or the items packaging.
