Returns & Exchanges

 

We want our customers to love every item they purchase from Tennis Gear.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your new gear, follow the instructions below so that we can help you get hold of that perfect item.

 

Please note - regretably we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on SALE items or purchases made using a discount voucher / code. This applies to both Australian and International orders.

 

 

 

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

 

There are just 3 simple rules in order to return or exchange a product with Tennis Gear:

1.     Products must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
2.     Original and/or Tennis Gear tags must remain attached.
3.     Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging. (The Tennis Gear box does not need to be included) 

No items which have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or return.

 

HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE 

  1. Ensure all tags are intact and items are unworn as per the conditions above

  2. Contact Tennis Gear via email at info@tennisgear.com.au and notify us of your intended exchange or return

  3. To post the item, you will need to purchase a prepaid plastic satchel at your local post office

  4. Included the following items in your satchel:
            ·         The items you wish to return/exchange
            ·         The Tennis Gear invoice
            ·         The Australia Post receipt for the satchel and postage (Tennis Gear box does not need to be included)

  5. Please hold onto the tracking number for your package once you have posted it

Once your package is received by Tennis Gear, your exchange or refund shall be processed immediately. Please note exchanges are not sent out in a Tennis Gear box. Tennis Gear will reimburse customers for all expenses associated with exchange postage of full priced items only.

Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items. Postage refunds only apply for full price items intended for exchange.

This refund is only applicable to your 1st exchange. All postage costs associated with exchanges thereafter are not refunded by Tennis Gear.

This shall be refunded to the credit card or Paypal account which customers used to purchase their Tennis Gear items. Please note, Tennis Gear cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep that tracking number safe! 

 

PRODUCT WARRANTIES   Every item we sell is covered by the manufacturers warranty. Not by us. Since each manufacturer has different warranty procedures, contact us and we’ll help get your warranty issue taken care of.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS   All products sold by Tennis Gear have a one year manufacturer's warranty. Defective racquets will not be replaced by the manufacturer for one year after the purchase date. Racquets that have been damaged due to impact, either intentionally or by accident, will not be replaced. Either will racquets that have become brittle due to prolonged sun exposure.

If you warranty claim is successful the manufacturer will offer you a replacement racquet (if the same model is still available) or a store credit at www.tennisgear.com.au for your original purchase price. Please note that International Customers will pay for the return shipping and related import costs. If your request is denied by the manufacturer, your broken racquet will be returned to you with an explanation from the manufacturer.
