The Aerogel 4D 3HUNDRED is the ideal racquet for the medium to advanced club player who requires exceptional touch and feel from a light weight racquet. 4D BRAIDED technology has been added at strategic locations which improves the stability, greatly enhancing touch and feel, making the racket easier to control. This is the 4th generation of the 300. Dunlop has kept the basic formula the same over the years and it is a formula that works well. Like the original 300g, the Aerogel 300 4D allows the player excellent access to spin. This version of the 300 has a stiffer head than the original 300g. The result is a much larger sweetspot. In fact it is difficult to go back to the old 300g after hitting with this latest version. The extra sweetspot is not at the expense of feel, however. The Aerogel 300 4D performs well at net. the racquet feels very stable on volleys despite it's 300 odd grams. Touch shots are easy to execute thanks to the flex in the head. To maximize power and spin don't be afraid to string lower than the recommended tension listed on the racquet.
